PREAUTHORIZING

Preauthorizing a waitlist item on our app? YOU ARE FIRST IN LINE!! The preauthorized waitlist customers will always get first dibs on restocks. You are NOT charged until if/when an item is restocked. Preauthorized waitlists will automatically process when restocks are entered into inventory. You can always see your preauthorized waitlist by tapping the "heart" icon at the bottom of the app. From there you can edit what is on your waitlist by tapping the "trashcan" icon to remove from your waitlist. Please make sure to keep track of your preauthorized waitlist and only keep the items you are interested in. We do not cancel preauthorized orders after they have gone through. How Sezzle Works

Shop Now, Pay Later, No Interest
For U.S. Customers

Sezzle is an online payment platform that allows you to pay for your order through 4 small installment payments, spread over 6 weeks, rather than paying the full amount at once. Sezzle is 100% secure and does not charge you interest on your payments.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  1. Select Sezzle at checkout.
  2. Sign up or login to Sezzle with the bank account you would like to use.
  3. Confirm your purchase.
  4. Sezzle will schedule automatic payments over six weeks, interest-free.
  5. Pay in four equal installments every two weeks with zero interest.
    AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THIS?
    • Be 18 years or older (19 years or older in Alabama or if you’re a ward of the state in Nebraska)
    • Have a valid U.S. mobile number and email address
    • Have an active U.S. bank account
    • Order must be at least $35 not including SALE items. 
    HOW DO I MANAGE PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS?

    The first 25% is due at the time of the transaction, but the remaining 75% is due over 3 easy payments scheduled across 6 weeks.
    Repayments are automated from your bank account on file and you always have the option of paying off your purchase early by signing into your User Dashboard.
    If the balance is paid by the due date, no fees will be incurred.
    If your scheduled payment fails to process, you will be charged a $10 failed payment fee.
    If you would like to reschedule your payment, the first reschedule is always free, but subsequent rescheduling will cost $5. Rescheduling a payment is limited to a date within the next two weeks.

    HOW CAN I APPLY?

    To set up your account, simply select Sezzle at checkout and fill out the required information. It only takes a few seconds and (subject to approval) once you have created your Sezzle shopping account, you never have to apply again and can continue to use it as much as you like.

    WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

    We ship your order as soon as possible. You will get an email shipping notification once your package is ready for mail pick-up. If you leave your phone number at checkout, our system automatically sends you a text message with delivery updates too.

    KMB does not retain financial information, other than possibly the last four digits of your credit card number. Our payment gateway is managed by Shopify. KMB keeps no record of your full credit card number. If you checkout using your personal Amazon or PayPal account, then that organization will process the transaction using financial information you have previously provided to it.

    Information that you submit about yourself may be used by KMB to provide you requested services, communicate with you about KMB products, improve your online experience, or support our continuing efforts to offer you the information and services you want most. KMB does provide aggregate statistics and information about our sales, traffic patterns and related site information to third parties. We also reserve the right to share aggregate statistical data of which your personal information is a part, as well as your specific personal information sometime in the future.

    In addition, KMB may, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose your personal information when required to do so by law, when KMB, in its sole discretion believes that you are in violation of our Terms and Conditions, or when you violate any state or federal laws, or KMB in its sole discretion deems it necessary or appropriate to protect the personal safety of other users of KMB services or to protect the rights or property of KMB.

    You will only receive emails if you opt in to our email marketing. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. We may send you emails to confirm your order, send tracking information, or to communicate with you specifically about your order, or in response to a question either to our email, chat, or any of our social media accounts.

    SOCIAL MEDIA

    We are active on many social media sites and we love to spend time with you there. Please know that we cannot constantly monitor our social media pages and that any information that you share may be viewed by others.

    KMB uses “cookies” to identify visitors to our website. Cookies are bits of information that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for record keeping purposes.     Return Policy

    What is the return policy?

    When should I expect to receive my order? 

    Your item will ship via USPS after within 48 hours. Weekend orders ship the following Monday! Shipping is a low flat rate of $7.99 per order with free shipping over $100!

    How can I watch you LIVE?!

    K Marie goes live Mondays at 5pm and Wednesday/Friday at 10am! The easiest way is to download the K Marie app in the app store and turn your notifications on. You never know when the girls will pop in to say hi, do a surprise sale or drop new items! 

    If I am local, can I pick up my order?

    Yes, of course! We'd love for you to pick up. On both the app and the website there is an option for you to select local pickup during the checkout process.

    Please email to let us know when you plan to pick up. We kindly ask that you pick up your orders within the week you place the order!
