What is the return policy?
We will gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of the date of purchase and MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY K MARIE BOUTIQUE.
If you do not have pre-authorization from KMB before you send your return back, you will not receive credit for those items. Your credit will be added to your customer account.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE CREDIT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Items discounted by any amount, shoes, mystery items, swim and accessories are FINAL SALE.

When should I expect to receive my order?
Your item will ship via USPS after within 48 hours. Weekend orders ship the following Monday! Shipping is a low flat rate of $8.99 per order with free shipping over $100!
How can I watch you LIVE?!
K Marie goes live Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am! The easiest way to watch is to download the K Marie app in the app store and turn your notifications on. You never know when the girls will pop in to say hi, do a surprise sale or drop new items!
If I am local, can I pick up my order?
Yes, of course! We'd love for you to pick up. On both the app and the website there is an option for you to select local pickup during the checkout process.
We kindly ask that you pick up your orders within the week you place the order!
Do you offer Sezzle?
Yes! Sezzle is an online payment platform that allows you to pay for your order through 4 small installment payments, spread over 6 weeks, rather than paying the full amount at once. Sezzle is 100% secure and does not charge you interest on your payments.
