K Marie started with a love for fashion and a simple goal: to help women find pieces they feel confident and happy wearing without breaking the bank. Over the years, our little boutique has grown right along with us, and we’ve added another love to the mix — needlepoint! Today, you’ll find everything from the latest clothing and accessories to canvases, threads, and all the needlepoint goodies in our Needlepoint Nook.
So, where did K Marie come from? We’re a mother-daughter duo! Karen — the K — has been in the fashion industry for over 15 years, and Erin — whose middle name is Marie — left the corporate world in 2019 to join her. What started as a shared love of fashion has turned into a business we get to build together every day.
Whether you’re shopping with us in store, online, or hanging out with us during a live sale, we want K Marie to feel like shopping with your girlfriends — fun, welcoming, and always full of things you didn’t know you needed.

Meet Karen + Erin
Karen Monroe
Co-Owner / Head Fashionista / Lake Lover
Karen is the heartbeat of K Marie Boutique. Her eye for style, big ideas, and genuine kindness are a huge part of what makes K Marie feel like K Marie. She’s always thinking about what’s next, keeping everyone on their toes, and you’ll rarely catch her without a cute outfit, matching jewelry, and a smile.
When she’s not at the store, you can usually find her poolside with family and friends, listening to Kenny Chesney. Her favorite role of all is being Gigi to Erin’s two boys, Nolan and Landon. Karen loves helping women feel confident, finding the perfect piece for a customer, and giving the kind of advice you’d expect from your most stylish best friend.
Erin Pisani
Co-Owner / Marketing Girl / Needlepointer
Erin is the creative and marketing mind behind K Marie — from the website and social media to live sales, videos, and all the little details in between. She loves a comfy-cute outfit, a good beauty find, and has fully brought her love of needlepoint into the K Marie world.
Outside of the store, Erin is usually spending time with her husband and two boys, Nolan and Landon, working on a needlepoint project, drinking a glass of cabernet on the patio, or planning their next trip.
Together, Karen and Erin have built K Marie into a place that feels less like shopping and more like hanging out with your girlfriends — with really cute clothes and plenty of needlepoint, of course.
